All orders ship from our location in Carleton Place (Ottawa area), Ontario, Canada. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
CANADA & UNITED STATES
Shipping is calculated at checkout using live Canada Post rates based on your address and order size — you pay exactly what it costs, no markup. Orders of $150 CAD or more qualify for FREE shipping (3-5 business days).
INTERNATIONAL
Flat-rate shipping of $24.99 CAD to all other countries. Estimated delivery: 5-8 business days after the order ships. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees, which are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
