SHIPPING POLICY
All orders ship from our location in Carleton Place (Ottawa area), Ontario, Canada. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
CANADA
Shipping is calculated at checkout using live Canada Post rates based on your address and order size — you pay exactly what it costs, no markup. Orders of $200 CAD or more ship FREE within Canada (3–5 business days).
UNITED STATES
Flat-rate shipping of $25 CAD to all US addresses. Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after the order ships. US orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees, which are determined by US customs and are the responsibility of the customer. Free shipping does not apply to US orders.
INTERNATIONAL
Shipping to all other countries is calculated at checkout using live Canada Post international rates — again, no markup. Delivery times vary by destination and service selected. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees, which are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.
SKATE DECKS
Because of their size, skate decks ship to Canada and the United States only and are charged live carrier rates. Decks are not eligible for free shipping. If a deck is in your cart, it cannot be shipped outside Canada or the US.
DELAYS & ISSUES
Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, contact us at aspirecarculture@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
